P5 - Frozen Frozen Sweet & Sour Spareribs
300 grams per pack
 
Cooking Procedure: 
1. Defrost before opening the package 
2. Coat the spareribs with 1 pc of egg then with Cornstarch. 
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the coated spareribs in medium heat for 6-8 mins. Then drain. 
4. In separate pa, cook the optional ingredients like onion and green pepper for 30 secs.  Then add the Sweet and Sour sauce together and stir fry for another 30 secs. 
5. Add in fried spareribs and mix with optional ingredients & sauce together for 1 min.
